    Compensation Specialist Total Rewards LATAM Colombia - Medellin     Responsabilidades Generales Manage annual salary survey participation for LATAM to ensure competitive pay alignment. Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and offer analysis for LATAM hires and internal mobility. Support STI, merit, and RSU cycles, including data preparation, validation, and eligibility checks. Implement and maintain job architecture frameworks across LATAM, ensuring accurate mapping and updates. Maintain compensation data accuracy in SAP, partnering with P&C Managers. Perform compensation assessments for new and revised LATAM positions in alignment with benchmarks. Conduct initial equity review analyses and provide insights to leadership. Build and maintain regional compensation dashboards, tools, and reporting to support HRBPs & Total Rewards Manager.     Educación y Experiencia Requerida Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation, payroll, benefits, or reward programs, ideally within LATAM contexts. Demonstrable hands-on experience with LATAM market compensation analysis, multi region organizational pay structures, Job Architecture frameworks, understanding of payroll and U.S. FTE payrolls, including managing variable compensation such as commissions, bonuses, and benefits programs in multiple markets. Experience working with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., SAP, ADP)     Conocimiento y Destrezas Requeridas Expertise in compensation analytics, benchmarking, variable pay, and equity programs. Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems (SAP, ADP, Deel), with strong Excel and data analysis skills. Thorough understanding of LATAM compensation markets. Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
