    DESCRIPTION:Rush-Henrietta is pleased to announce the expansion of School Counseling support at its primary schools, beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, with each schoolbeing assigned one school counselor. We are seeking exceptional candidates of diverse backgrounds and experiences who want to join our outstanding mental wellnessteam in these full-time, tenure-track positions. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of early-childhood development – both academic and social-emotional – and the implementation of interventions that arematched to each child’s needs. The successful candidates will be skilled at making strong connections with students, utilizing culturally responsive practices, and willdemonstrate an ability to coordinate school and community resources for students and families to support student well-being.
