    Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

    **Location:** St. Louis, MO

    **Pay Rate:** $ 35.00/hr

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    We’re hiring a skilled **Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician** to join a fast-moving manufacturing team in **St. Louis, MO** . This role is made for someone who thrives on tackling complex equipment challenges head-on—from electrical wiring and motor controls to punch presses and conveyors. If you're ready to get hands-on with advanced systems and take pride in being the reason production keeps flowing, this job is for you.

    What You’ll Do:

    Electrical Systems

    + Troubleshoot motor controls, sensors, actuators, and VFDs

    + Interpret and modify PLC logic to improve machine performance

    + Pull wire, install conduit, and follow detailed electrical schematics

    Mechanical Repairs

    + Rebuild gearboxes, conveyors, brake/clutch systems, and drive components

    + Repair punch presses and perform detailed mechanical maintenance

    + Read and interpret complex mechanical drawings

    Hydraulics & Pneumatics

    + Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic circuits

    + Read system schematics and identify faulty components fast

    General Maintenance

    + Execute preventive maintenance with precision—inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust

    + Handle welding, light fabrication, and basic facility upkeep

    + Maintain accurate logs and reports of maintenance activities

    What You Bring:

    + At least 8 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance

    + Strong background in electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and mechanical systems

    + Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and operate diagnostic tools

    + Skilled in welding and operating power tools, hoists, lifts, and maintenance equipment

    + Computer-literate with solid communication skills

    + High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical coursework a plus

    Physical Demands & Work Environment:

    + Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, working in confined spaces, and around heat, cold, noise, and lubricants

    + Able to grip, push, pull, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods

    + Must be able to work overtime—including weekends and short-notice shifts

    **Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
