    Job Description

    + Review and process new client account opening documentation and maintain existing accounts in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and reducing exceptions in the Onboarding and Exception Logs.

    + Ensure compliance with the Bank’s Policies and Procedures within the Documentation Department to achieve satisfactory ratings from regulators and internal auditors.

    + Maintain clear and concise program schedules, meeting established goals and timelines.

    + Coordinate and complete training schedules for assigned departments and internal clients, promoting awareness and adherence to Compliance and Risk Policies.

    + Support and strengthen the organization’s Compliance Culture by emphasizing the importance and growing complexity of compliance requirements.

    Requirements

    Creating and formatting spreadsheets (tables, charts, pivot tables).

     

    Using formulas and functions (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, CONCATENATE, etc.).

     

    Data sorting, filtering, and validation.

     

    Generating and interpreting reports.

     

    Maintaining accuracy with large data sets.

     

    Knowledge of PivotTables and PivotCharts (often required in finance, accounting, or compliance roles).

     

    Intermediate to advanced Excel use for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
