    Job Summary

    Craft cuisine that captivates! As Sous Chef, you will help lead our culinary operations, elevate kitchen standards, and deliver top-tier dining experiences. You’ll support the Executive Chef in executing innovative menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring every plate meets Levy’s high standards of excellence.

    Qualifications

    + Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience

    + Minimum 3 years in a high-volume kitchen leadership role

    + ServSafe Certification required; HACCP knowledge preferred

    + Strong proficiency in kitchen management systems

    Key Responsibilities

    + Supervise kitchen team members and daily operations

    + Execute high-quality food production in line with Levy standards

    + Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation compliance

    + Collaborate on menu development and recipe testing

    + Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls

    + Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
