**Travel + Leisure Co.** is currently seeking a **Treasury Analyst,** in Orlando, Florida. The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting critical day to day Treasury Operations for over 200 Clubs & Homeowner Associations (HOA). A fast-paced position responsible for managing all daily payment transactions to tight deadlines, including payment campaigns, executing investment settlement transactions, and managing all HOA bank account administration and security administration needs.

The Treasury Analyst provides banking support to all Club & HOA business units. This position requires strong customer service skills with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills to evaluate and provide Treasury services that meet business requirements. Finally, this position supports the Manager of Treasury Operations on both banking and Treasury system process improvement projects as well as analyzing bank fees for savings opportunities. This role is **hybrid** in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.

How You'll Shine:

+ Support the Club & HOA Treasury Manager in maintaining the bank account structure and the efficiency and security of the Club and HOA banking process.

+ Manage approved bank account opening and closing requests.

+ Work with Legal and Tax to obtain required supporting KYC documentation to submit all bank documents to fulfill account openings and Treasury Services requests.

+ Drive banking partner operations support to ensure accounts are opened accurately and completely, and all needed Treasury services are tested, implemented, and operating timely.

+ Complete required bank account setup in the Treasury Management System (TMS) including balance initialization and signatory information accurately and timely.

+ Maintain accurate and complete bank account documentation files.

+ Review and process approved bank account signatory additions, changes, and deletions.

+ Account Analysis fees processing and analysis for variances and cost saving opportunities.

+ Electronic funds processing (Wire/ACH) for payment campaigns (EPAY, 300/600, Paymode, CWP/CWA) into Kyriba and banking portals.

+ Verify approvals/signatures for payment requests from HOA Accountant teams for processing.

+ Daily Cash Position Reporting, account monitoring.

+ Payment Process Confirmations (Previous Day Reconciliations).

+ Maintain processed /requested payment campaign requests in Treasury file.

+ Monitor Club & HOA Treasury inbox for payment request and inquiries.

+ Serve as the bank portal administrator and process access requests.

+ Process bank account statement requests.

+ Process banking supply requests for HOA’s – Deposit slips, endorsement stamps, verification letters, etc...

+ Notify Accountants of underfunded accounts, returned Wires/ACH’s.

+ Maintain and update GL mapping to support the Accounting and & Reporting functions.

+ Report and Resolve ACH Positive Pay exceptions.

+ Creation and update of SOP documentation for processes/duties.

+ Treasury Operations and Investment duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field. Certified Treasury Professional designation (CTP) is a plus.

+ Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

+ Excellent communication and multitasking skills, ensuring efficient handling of multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

+ Proactive and flexible, demonstrating strong initiative and the capacity to adjust quickly to evolving business needs.

+ Experience using various online banking systems and platforms.

+ Skilled in Microsoft Office, with intermediate level in Excel

+ Experience utilizing a Treasury Management Systems (preferably Kyriba).

+ 1 - 2 years of Corporate Treasury, treasury hospitality, treasury payment services preferred.

+ 1 year experience doing ACH/Wire transfer processing preferred.

+ Vacation Ownership experience a plus.
