    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate front-end loader to move and load materials safely and efficiently

    + Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance

    + Assist with stockpile management and material handling

    + Communicate with team members to coordinate operations

    + Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents

    + Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial setting

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

    + Must be eligible to work in the United States

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands

    + Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 25 lbs.

    + Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces

    + Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory

    + Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity and physical stamina
