    Store Manager – Job Overview

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead and develop the store team to meet sales and service goals.

    + Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, merchandising, and inventory.

    + Ensure the store is clean, safe, and follows company standards.

    + Manage payroll, expenses, and profitability.

    + Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus).

    + 2+ years of retail management experience.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

    + Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
