    The Human Resources Partner is the local human resources representative responsible for implementing Altium's HR and people strategies, and administering core HR policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    40% travel between 3 manufacturing locations. (Janesville, WI; Chippewa Falls, WI; and Moorhead, MN).

     

    Responsible for a total of 80 employees across 3 plants. Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include:

     

    + Hourly talent acquisition

    + Employee relations activities

    + Retention analysis & action planning

    + HR Administration for on and off boarding

    + Oversee payroll

    + Timekeeping

    + Compliance

    + Training

    + Benefit and policy questions

    + Administers companywide HR initiatives

    + Drives recognition program initiatives

    + Coach and influences leaders and associates

    + Conducts employee investigations

    + Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
