Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join our client's team for an in-house role in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role involves managing a high volume of real estate transactions, providing comprehensive support for diligence processes, and overseeing title and survey reviews. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in land purchase closings and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of closing transactions for real estate deals with accuracy and efficiency.

• Conduct thorough due diligence processes, including title and survey reviews.

• Manage land purchase transaction closings from start to finish, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

• Collaborate with legal teams and other departments to facilitate seamless transaction workflows.

• Review preliminary title reports and resolve discrepancies or issues.

• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all transactions.

• Provide expert support in commercial real estate matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Ensure effective calendar management and coordination for transaction deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on real estate transactions.

• Strong expertise in due diligence, including title and survey reviews.

• Demonstrated ability to handle commercial real estate transactions with precision.

• Familiarity with preliminary title reports and resolution of related issues.

• Excellent organizational and calendar management skills.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work in-office with some flexibility while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
