Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – K–6 School Setting

About the Opportunity
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnered with a valued client that is seeking a **Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)** to support a **K–6 school-based program** . This full-time, on-site role offers dedicated office space and a supportive school environment. .
This opportunity is open to both seasoned clinicians and new graduates. **CCC-SLP** and **CFY candidates** are encouraged to apply. _Please note: SLPAs are not eligible for this position due to supervision requirements._
Position Overview
As an SLP in this school-based role, you will provide direct therapy and support to students with a variety of speech and language needs. The caseload includes typical disorders such as articulation, language delays, fluency issues, and more. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who are passionate about supporting students’ communication development in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide individualized speech/language therapy for K–6 students
+ Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with the educational team
+ Maintain timely documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and clinical guidelines
+ Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
+ Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress
Required Qualifications
+ Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
+ Current **SLP license** in the state of Maine
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence ( **CCC-SLP** ) or **Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)** status
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills
+ Reliable transportation
+ Current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
+ 1+ year of experience in a school or pediatric clinical setting
+ Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based service delivery

**Pay Details:** $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
