Description We are looking for a dynamic Creative Client Services Manager to lead and coordinate creative projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong background in graphic design, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively. Join our team in Princeton, New Jersey, to oversee innovative projects and ensure creative excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of creative projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide tailored design solutions.

• Manage a team of designers and ensure their work aligns with project goals and brand standards.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce high-quality graphic designs.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

• Provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement in creative outputs.

• Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and incorporate them into creative strategies.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support.

• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and creative objectives. Requirements • Proven experience in managing creative services and projects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and other design tools.

• Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers.

• Solid organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
