Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:
Program Manager
Full-time, Exempt
Description:
The Program Manager is responsible for Water Conservation Program goal attainment. The Program Manager develops and implements strategies for creating collaborative programs between energy and water agencies, identifying key contacts, fostering relationships and developing conservation programs. The Program Manager manages daily operation of the program, including executing key operational processes to ensure that customers, subcontractors, and the clients receive timely support. Additional duties include contract tracking and compliance tasks, database and user management, data research and program support duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Secure new water conservation contracts by researching and identifying key water agency conservation staff
+ Develop and implement sales plan to connect with water agency staff
+ Develop water conservation program proposals tailored to unique water agency needs
+ Manage and execute contracts with water agencies ensuring all contract goals are met
+ Identify areas for efficiency or improvement to drive outcomes and increase quality of work product
+ Manage subcontractors to ensure attainment of goals
+ Ensure full expenditure of contract funds by monitoring production and making adjustments as needed
+ Oversee design and maintenance of databases to capture data elements needed to provide reports
+ Analyze program data and design reports to appropriately display performance and statistical information needed to track and measure level of progress
+ Oversee Invoicing and Billing
+ Manage Client Relationships
Requirements:
+ Four years of experience in a professional office environment managing programs and/or projects
+ Two years leading cross functional teams
+ Relationship development and management experience
+ Strong follow-through skills and ability to work independently with a minimum amount of supervision
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work well with management, co-workers, and subcontractors
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain records/databases
+ Intermediate knowledge of computers and use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
+ Ability to transfer program requirements into practical implementation protocols
+ Occasional travel is required
Compensation:
+ The range for this position is between $70,000 and $85,000 annually and is determined based on factors such as skills and experience
