    At Dycom Industries, as a Senior Analyst, Risk and Sustainability, you’ll support the corporate risk management function and assist with renewal of insurance policies, collateral review, claim trending and analysis, insurance accrual analysis, cost allocations, subcontractor administration, and the reporting processes for the Company’s sustainability compliance.

    What you’ll do as a Senior Analyst, Risk and Sustainability

    + Research and follow sustainability regulations, trends, best practices and competitor’s initiatives to inform ongoing sustainability initiatives

    + Manage the annual sustainability data collection processes and manage the prioritization and completion of related surveys and questionnaires from third parties, including investors, rating agencies, customers and others

    + Manage the compilation and issuance of the annual Sustainability Report

    + Serve as the primary contact for the annual sustainability data audit with external audit firms

    + Serve as the primary internal liaison for the Dycom Sustainability Steering Committee, collaborating with all stakeholders

    + Assist with the annual insurance renewal process. Work with Finance, Fleet and Facilities, subsidiaries and the insurance broker to pull together renewal information and analyze for accuracy

    + Work with Dycom claims, TPA, broker and insurer to put together, analyze and review documents for quarterly claims review

    + Monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly claim variances. Provide claims data as needed to Finance and outside actuaries, and reconcile any discrepancies

    + Manage the Company’s certificate of insurance and auto ID cards program, including annual renewal distribution

    + Create and maintain historical risk exposure schedules

    What you’ll need

    + To be 18 years of age or older

    + Authorization to work in the United States for this company

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related field

    + 3 to 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, corporate risk management or with an insurer or insurance broker

    + Aptitude and/or working knowledge of basic accounting principles

    + Strong analytical, data management and reporting skills – Advanced Excel skills

    Additional qualifications

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others in a fast paced, changing environment

    + Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly across all levels within the organization

    + Ability to multi-task and organize effectively

    + Understanding of sustainability issues impacting compliance and reporting requirements on a corporation is a plus

    Physical abilities & exposures

    + **Routinely:** Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods

    + **Occasionally:** Travel domestically up to 10% to attend team meetings or training
