In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.

How you create impact

+ Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies

+ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members

+ Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

+ Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors

+ Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports

+ Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator system

+ Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory

+ Implement continuous improvement action plans

+ Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

What we would like you to bring

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Must have required documentation prior to working onsite (Photo Copy Identification, Birth Certificate or Passport)

+ 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment

+ 2 or more years in a supervisory role

+ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
