Roles & Responsibilities

Safety Coordinator I

+ Has skills and knowledge to provide leadership.

+ Has skills to communicate, public speaking is essential.

+ Ability to manage, analyze and understand safety trends and deploy innovative methods to improve situations.

+ Provide consultation and support for understanding safety policies and practices

+ Develops, Implements and Maintains Safety Documents

+ Assists in Safe Work Planning and Emergency Response Planning

+ Assists in auditing of safety practices and procedures

+ Assists in Implementing Site safety procedures.

+ Works closely with site supervision.

+ Credentials to provide training as per IIPP

+ Works closely with client’s safety representative.

+ Must have advanced behavioral based safety techniques.

+ Must have good knowledge of OSHA regulations
