This role is eligible for an annual 10% bonus based on performance.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement inventory controls, policies, and systems to maintain accurate financial inventory information and data integrity throughout the warehouse

+ Analyze inventory data and trends to recommend solutions, coordinate with departments to reduce shrinkage, and ensure effective cycle count practices with the Distribution Center Operations team and Finance

+ Supervise and develop the Inventory Control Team to ensure inventory accuracy above 99.0% and effective inventory management practices

+ Oversee and optimize cycle counting, location auditing, and inventory control processes to ensure compliance and accuracy

+ Coordinate with departments such as logistics, quality assurance, and customer service to resolve inventory issues and improve operations

+ Analyze inventory data to develop action plans for reducing defects and discrepancies, and implement new systems and processes as needed

+ Train staff on best practices, maintain accurate documentation, and lead initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency

+ Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
