    Job Summary

    The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for performing electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly and rework.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Interpret and work from wiring/assembly drawings, operation sheets, specifications, sketches, and work instructions.

    + Build, repair, and modify electromechanical assemblies using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, crimpers, torque wrenches, fixtures, etc.).

    + Perform testing, rework, and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical assemblies.

    + Operate machine shop equipment (lathes, mills, grinders, drill press, band saw, etc.).

    + Ensure product quality, compliance with safety/regulatory requirements, and meet production deadlines.

    + Monitor raw material levels and support efficient workflow across departments. Manage multiple tasks, adjust priorities as needed, and support organizational mission and values.

    + Flexible to work overtime and weekends.

    Qualifications

    + Strong decision-making skills with good hand–eye coordination.

    + Experienced in safe chemical handling; prepare/apply RTV, potting, paints, and cements.

    + Proficient with computer applications; MRP experience a plus.

    + Soldering, winding machine, brazing, and spot welding experience preferred.

    + Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 lbs., perform manufacturing tasks (walking, sitting, standing, kneeling)

    + High School Diploma and 1 year of applicable experience
