    We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused End User Support Technician to join our IT team working at our Headquarters in Raleigh. This role delivers high-quality technical support and personalized service to internal users, helping resolve complex issues, manage user devices, and ensure seamless access to IT services across the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and peripherals.

    + Provision, configure, and deploy user devices and equipment.

    + Deliver 1:1 training on IT systems, tools, and best practices.

    + Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and resolve recurring issues.

    + Maintain accurate documentation of support activities.

    + Stay current on emerging technologies to improve support services.

    + Provide on-site and remote support with occasional travel to satellite offices (primarily NC and VA).

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum high school diploma with 5+ years in end-user support or IT service delivery.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication.

    + Proficiency in hardware/software troubleshooting, Windows OS, M365 (O365, Teams), and iOS (iPads).

    + Working knowledge of Zoom and MS Teams conference room issue troubleshooting.

    + Valid driver's license, ability to drive and acceptable motor vehicle record.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, bend, stoop, kneel and reach above head

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple).

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for MDM, provisioning, and patching.

    + Experience with architecture/design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, Bentley).

    + Knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, and basic networking.

    + PowerShell scripting experience.
