    •** **What You’ll Do

     

    As a Retail Shift Lead, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations — guiding our front-line team and ensuring that every guest has a world-class experience. You’ll wear many hats, from motivating your team to handling high-volume crowds with confidence and care. 💼💪

    Key Responsibilities:

    •️ Oversee all guest-facing departments during your shift — Admissions, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and Retail

    • Delegate daily tasks and support team members to deliver “guest-obsessed” service

    • Lead by example to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment

    • Manage guest flow, resolve issues, and communicate with cross-functional teams

    • Train team members on ride safety, retail standards, food safety, and more

    • Coach team performance and support employee development

    • Assist with inventory, stocking, scheduling, and team engagement when not duty managing

    • Empower your team to go above and beyond in delivering unforgettable guest moments!

    •** **What We’re Looking For

    •️ High school diploma or GED required

    •️ 6+ months of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, or service industries preferred

    •️ Outgoing, fun, and passionate about delivering top-tier service to kids and families 🧒👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

    •️ Strong communication and leadership skills

    •️ Comfortable training and mentoring team members

    •️ Able to remain calm and collected in fast-paced environments

    •️ Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays 🌙📆

    •️ Ability to move around the attraction and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

    • Travel & Certifications

    • Occasional local travel may be required

    • Must be able to obtain any required certifications
