Summary of Responsibilities:
Join a Great Place to Work! We’re adding a Construction Resource Manager to our growing team to provide efficient management of the ATC matting program, associated processes, and provide other assigned construction management as required.
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll use your bachelor’s degree and experience in utility construction to ensure our matting program strategies align with organizational goals and objectives. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the matting pool, including allocation, maintenance, and utilization of resources and managing inventory through monthly reviews, long-term forecasting, and coordination with Alliance Contractors. In addition, you’ll lead quarterly field inventory validations and audits, drive continuous improvements by implementing technology solutions, monitoring program performance, and preparing regular reports for senior management on status, forecasts, and budget demands. Additional responsibilities include staying current on industry trends, ensuring compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations, and providing strong safety leadership by promoting safe practices and enforcing OSHA standards.
