Job Summary A busy Dermatology office is seeking aPatient Service Coordinatorto support patients primarily through handling incoming and outgoing phone calls. This role is key to creating a positive patient experience by facilitating clear communication among patients, healthcare providers, and clinical staff, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. * Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally, evaluates priority, and directs calls appropriately according to urgency and subject matter. * Provides outstanding and professional customer service to ensure efficiency and promote a positive patient experience. * Provide timely, accurate, and friendly patient access while adhering to clinical appropriateness and patient privacy standards. * Coordinating with clinical operations and providers, transferring calls as necessary, including handling complaints and escalations. * Reliable transportation is required, with occasional travel between office locations. * High school diploma/GED equivalent, OR a minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferred * 1 Year customer service experience in a fast-paced medical office * Epic experience preferred.
