Job Title: Summer 2026 Sistersville Quality Department Intern

Summary:As a Quality Intern, you will collaborate with lab and production teams to drive meaningful improvements in testing accuracy, process control, and product quality. Through hands-on projects and data-driven analysis, you will help optimize operations and contribute to key site initiatives that enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

+ Completing Gage R&R studies on laboratory tests

+ Using statistical quality control (SQC) and statistical process control (SPC) to determine suitable operating limits for production processes

+ Analyzing lab test turnaround time data and identifying solutions to improve

+ Various Quality Improvement Projects with manufacturing

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

+ Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or a related technical discipline

Program Minimum Qualifications:

+ The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.

+ The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00
