Job Title: Pick and Pack Worker – Warehouse Associate

**Location:** North Haven, CT

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

**Pay Rate:** $18-$20 per hour (depending on experience)

**Position Type:** Temp-to-Perm

About the Role:

Are you a reliable, hands-on individual who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a **Warehouse Associate** to join our fast-paced, team-oriented operation. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company in the **large format printing industry** , where organization, attention to detail, and teamwork are valued every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment & Shipping:

+ Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail

+ Schedule pickups with UPS/FedEx and other carriers

+ Determine the most efficient shipping methods and complete all necessary documentation

Receiving & Inventory Management:

+ Load/unload trucks using warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts)

+ Inspect incoming deliveries and verify packing slips

+ Maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies or damages

Warehouse Organization & Safety:

+ Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

+ Follow safety protocols and report hazards or issues promptly

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED preferred

+ 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics

+ Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems

+ Sit-down forklift experience required (certification a plus, or willingness to obtain)

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

+ Basic computer skills and ability to complete shipping documentation

+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
