We are growing and are in need of a **_Program Scheduler_** to join our team in **_Santa Clarita, CA_**
As our Program Scheduler you will perform the necessary Project Control activities to support the assigned projects, which plays a critical role in driving the scheduling strategy for complex large-scale programs. This role requires **_advanced expertise in project scheduling, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance_** . Supports additional activities can also be assigned by the Manager as necessary.
**Salary Range:** $ 92,800.00 - 123,800.00 per year plus bonus.

Your Challenge
+ Develops and implements comprehensive scheduling frameworks for multiple programs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. Analyzes project schedules, depicting all project pre-requisite activities, manufacturing operations, purchasing activities, and customer commitments in support of the Production Control activities as required per the Project Management Standards Manual (PMSM) for the assigned production, design, and forecasted projects. (20%)
+ Creates, maintains and analyzes cost profiles, approved cost budgets, and forecasted revenue budgets as required per the PMSM for the assigned production, design, and forecasted projects. This includes performance of Earned Value (EV) and/or Pseudo EV cost and schedule analysis as required. (20%)
+ Works closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Support project control activities which may include but are not limited to project set-up activities in the system as required using the project information contained in the IDI/Proposal or Change Request. (20%)
+ Performs in-depth analysis of project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential risks, and recommends mitigation strategies. (20%)
+ Facilitates schedule reviews and updates, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed of changes. Prepares and delivers high-level schedule presentations and reports on them. (20%)
What You Bring
+ Experience in the Defense Industry
+ Expertise in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) and advanced project management tools.
+ Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, Agile).
+ Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
+ Attention to detail and quality assurance.
