    _Candidates MUST reside in Florida or be willing to relocate_

    Responsibilities:

    + Provides customer support for Information Technology related issues in designated areas of the health system.

    + Technical responsibilities include maintaining a working knowledge of customers daily operations to ensure superior technical support, identifying process improvements based on customer's needs and troubleshooting and providing client support for systems and applications.

    + May participate in Project Management from inception to completion and perform other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + 2 years - Systems Implementation; Or - 2 years - Systems Design; Or - 3 years - Systems Support.

    + HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

    Preferred Skills:

    + VoIP protocols, including Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) Networking fundamentals; including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.

    + Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection and Microsoft Teams Voice.

    + Ability to diagnose and resolve basic voice-related issues, such as poor call quality (jitter, latency) and connectivity problems.

    + Exposure to VoIP hardware like IP phones, gateways, and session border controllers (SBCs).
