    Overview

     

    The Media Manager will help plan and implement media campaigns across Paramount Pictures Paramount+ film releases. The position will report directly to the Director, Media.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage all components of a 360-marketing campaign including activations, partnerships, media plans, and creative assets (A/V, digital, social, print, TV, and OOH) for Paramount Picture releases on Paramount+ Partner with brand marketing teams, internal media buying teams and external media agency to plan and optimize marketing spend across paid media channels to ensure media goals are met and campaigns are improving return on ad spend

    + Work collaboratively and proactively with various internal teams, maintaining excellent relationships with partners across Paramount Global, Brand Strategy, Campaign Management, Creative, Social Media, and Operations

    + Supported by the Media team, review all media buys from media AOR, including national/ local television, VOD/FEP, audio, outdoor, cinema, digital and social

    + Assure plans are uniform with media strategy, in line with budget, flighted properly and executable based on production schedules

    + Assist Media Director in all campaign operational aspects including workflow, document updates, timelines, asset tracking, and budget tracking. Coordinate with media agency, creative agencies, and internal buying teams to ensure creative specs and deadlines are met

    + Anticipate and optimally mitigate problems; and communicate updates to collaborators on progress and delays

    + Identify efficiencies and collaborate with Media Director to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

    + Assist with briefing agency & internal buying teams on campaign strategic approach and priorities, and relaying feedback to internal/external media teams. Maintain up to date flowcharts, collaborator approvals, and media authorization documents

    + Assist with internal/external billing processes across campaigns

    + Assist with scheduling internal/external meetings, and recording detailed notes to distribute to the team

    Basic Qualifications

    + A Bachelors Degree

    + 4+ years of experience working in a marketing environment, most preferably experience at a media agency working across all media channels

    + A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing and reviewing results to make them more actionable

    + Experience in digital subscription services and/or e-commerce

    + Experience in project management tools like Airtable

    + Experience using Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Excel, and media math skills

    Additional Qualifications

    + Passion and enthusiasm for entertainment content

    + Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging fast-paced environment

    + Strong communication/organizational skills and the ability to develop and foster relationships

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 90,000.00.

     

    The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.This position is bonus eligible.
