    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    The Sr. Director of Implementation and Conversions is an RN with responsibility for the planning, execution, and monitoring of conversion initiatives across the acute and ASC membership. Supports onboarding and implementation of newly acquired ASC’s ensuring maximum savings identified and workplan developed. Works closely with the Service Line Director team and Account Management to support member goals.​

     

    •​​​​​​Major Responsibilities:

    + Connect with SLD to help develop custom work plan for new centers and assist with onboarding.

    + Engage center administrators and clinical team to assist with planning of conversions, connecting support as needed.

    + Work with account director to monitor and assist with tracking of savings achieved to communicate to Tenet corporate team for accountability.

    + Support planning, opportunities and execution of conversion initiatives across both Tenet and USPI.

    + Engage and support SLDs with planning, communicating, and implementation of initiatives.

    + Work with Tenet DMMs and CRDs and USPI DMMs to drive conversion opportunities.

    + Manage supplier engagement, planning, education, and coordination across Tenet and USPI.

    + Monitor and Track progress, sharing with account team and SLDS.

    + Participate in FTM, Core Dry Runs, Advisory Board meetings, and other strategic sourcing meetings as needed to support Tenet/USPI work plan and goals.

    + Planning conversions: project management, creating/managing timelines, identify savings/KPIs throughout the process and post implementation

    •Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.

    + Master’s degree preferred.

    + Registered Nurse (RN), required.

    + 7+ years of related work experience, required.

    + Strong understanding of supply chain value analysis.

    + Experience in or knowledge of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)

    + Ability to travel up to 50%
