The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Director of IT who is excited to bring both technical expertise and a passion for community impact to our team. In this leadership role, you’ll shape the technology vision for our nonprofit manufacturing operations, ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and innovative. This isn’t just about managing servers and software—it’s about using technology to empower staff, streamline operations, and support the people we serve.
What You’ll Do
As our Director of IT, you’ll:
+ Lead with vision – design and execute an IT strategy that aligns with our mission and manufacturing goals.
+ Drive innovation – bring fresh ideas for digital transformation, system integration, and data-driven decision-making.
+ Ensure reliability – keep our infrastructure, networks, and systems secure, scalable, and running smoothly.
+ Champion cybersecurity – safeguard data and implement best practices for protection and recovery.
+ Mentor and grow a team – inspire, coach, and lead a small but mighty IT staff.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally – partner with operations, production, and leadership teams to make technology a true driver of impact.
What We’re Looking For
+ A strategic leader with 8+ years in IT leadership (manufacturing or nonprofit experience a plus).
+ Experience managing enterprise systems (ERP, MRP, CRM, or similar).
+ Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and data governance.
+ Excellent communicator and collaborator—comfortable advising executives and supporting frontline staff.
+ Someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and purpose .
