_What Will You Do?_

Job Summary:

Collaborate with teams throughout the job process to ensure sound design, manufacturability, and adherence to quality standards and governing bodies. Develop and enhance process flows and coordination across multiple manufacturing sites.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:

+ **Develop solutions** to a variety of complex problems requiring independent judgment and ingenuity.

+ **Create and maintain** design calculation spreadsheets and templates in line with engineering principles, customer requirements, quality standards, and governing body specifications.

+ **Collaborate with sales engineering and project management** to define scope, review specifications, and publish work instructions for successful project completion.

+ **Work with design teams** to create and issue BOM development and other ERP tasks.

+ **Support manufacturing** by developing engineered solutions to ensure on-time delivery while meeting customer requirements and quality standards.

+ **Perform additional duties** as required for job completion and process development.

_Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_

+ Must be able to work **eight (8) hours per day** , **five (5) days per week** on-site.

+ Work will be conducted in a **mixture of office and manufacturing environments** .

+ **Flexibility** to adapt to varying conditions and tasks as required

_Your Experience Should Be..._

Preferred candidate will have entry level (1-3 years) experience working in related field.

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
