Position Summary:

In this position you will be responsible for providing animal welfare and support to contract growers. Will learn to care for the birds, identify underlying issues, complete bird testing in accordance with FDA regulations. Responsibilities:

+ Assist delivering supplies to contract farms.

+ Disinfection of barns

+ Blood sampling and Swabs

+ Monitor Farm Data

+ Reviewing On-site Paperwork

+ Monitor Vaccination deliveries and inventory

+ Perform daily / weekly activities for the position at a basic level.

+ Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Does not own or maintain routine contact with swine , birds, cattle or other egg processing

Physical Demands:

+ Working in an environment with live animals which can be dusty, dirty, and seasonally hot or cold.

+ Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least 50 pounds.

Safety:

+ Follow all company safety rules and biosecurity protocol.

+ Proper PPE.

+ Report any safety concerns to Manager.
