*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled*Physical Therapist*to evaluate, treat, and educate pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This role focuses on helping individuals recover from*injuries, disabilities, pain, and medical conditions*to regain optimal function and independence. *Key Responsibilities:*

• Provide*direct patient care*while adhering to safety policies and best practices

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized*treatment plans*

• Deliver*physician-prescribed physical therapy*to help patients achieve functional goals

• Prioritize caseloads to ensure*maximum efficiency*and effective treatment delivery

• Utilize appropriate*therapeutic modalities*to improve or minimize physical disabilities

• Collaborate with*physicians, caregivers, and hospital personnel*for holistic patient care

• Provide*patient and family education*to support home exercise programs and discharge planning

• Maintain*accurate documentation*for effective communication with physicians and insurance providers *Qualifications:*

•*Education:*Bachelor's or Master's degree in*Physical Therapy*from an accredited program

•*Experience:*Open to*new graduates*and experienced professionals
