    Adecco is assisting a global leader in technology and innovation in hiring a **Temporary Executive Assistant** to support three executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a proactive and highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

    + Track, log, and organize submissions and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

    + Prepare, process, and submit expense reports accurately and on time.

    + Maintain clear communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

    + Provide general administrative support such as document preparation and file organization.

    Qualifications

    + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (Required). _Graduation date (month/year) must appear on resume._

    + 1+ year of administrative or assistant experience (agency or studio background preferred).

    + Proficiency with MacOS and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Preferred Qualities:

    + Background in media, entertainment, or technical companies.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    + Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.

    **Pay Details:** $29.85 per hour
