    Now Hiring: Oncology RN – Remote Chart Abstraction Specialist

     

    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced **Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our team in a remote chart abstraction role. This is a great opportunity to leverage your oncology expertise while working from home with a stable Monday–Friday schedule.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $38.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience, education, and location)

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

    **Location** : 100% Remote

    **Assignment Type** : Contract

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accurately and efficiently conduct electronic medical record (EMR) abstraction.

    • Enter information into electronic data capture tools with precision.

    • Perform quality and accuracy testing as required.

    • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations.

    • Collaborate with teams via MS Teams and utilize MS Office Suite for reporting.

    • Work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

    Requirements

    • Active RN License (multi-state accepted)

    • 5+ years of Oncology RN experience (required)

    • 2+ years of EMR abstraction experience (required)

    • Experience with electronic capture tools for research (recommended)

    • Proficiency navigating EHR databases

    • Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams

    • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) – preferred

    • Clinical or pharmaceutical research experience

    • Previous data analysis experience
