    **Location:** Waukesha, WI

    **Pay Rate:** $28-$30/hour

    **Reports to:** Production Supervisor

    What You’ll Do

    As a key player in our production team, you’ll:

    + Fabricate and weld components using advanced techniques and materials

    + Operate a wide range of machines including lathes, drill presses, plasma cutters, and more

    + Prepare and finish steel and structural materials with precision

    + Read blueprints and engineering instructions to bring designs to life

    + Inspect and ensure every part meets exacting standards

    + Collaborate with engineering, planning, and quality teams to drive excellence

    + Keep your workspace and equipment clean, safe, and efficient

    What You Bring

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Hands-on experience with welding processes (SAW, MIG, TIG, etc.) and machine operations

    + Strong understanding of materials including steel, copper, aluminum, and alloys

    + Ability to use measuring tools and shop equipment with confidence

    + Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

    Physical Requirements

    This role is active and hands-on. You’ll need to stand for long periods and occasionally walk, climb, push, pull, and lift. You’ll be working on the shop floor of a large-scale facility where safety and teamwork are top priorities.
