    About the Role

     

    As a **Field Marketer / Canvasser** , you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building strong community relationships. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, talking to people, and making a direct impact on company growth.

    What You’ll Do

    + Canvass neighborhoods near active or storm-damaged project areas to connect with homeowners

    + Educate homeowners on the value of our products and services during one-on-one interactions

    + Tarp roofs and collect siding/shingle samples when necessary, ensuring proper documentation

    + Assist with inspections, adjuster meetings, and repair attempts (training provided)

    + Document progress with photos and upload details into the company CRM system

    + Participate in home shows, trade shows, and community events to promote our services

    + Distribute marketing materials and follow up on all homeowner interactions

    + Provide valuable feedback to management to improve outreach strategies

    What We’re Looking For

    + High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)

    + 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (retail experience a plus)

    + Strong communication and people skills with a customer-first mindset

    + Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently

    + Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and basic math skills

    + Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

    + Physically able to walk neighborhoods, climb ladders, lift up to 80 lbs., and work both indoors and outdoors
