    Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:

    + Provide on-site and virtual education for healthcare providers on reimbursement challenges, support services, and payer coverage.

    + Support providers with Benefit Investigations, Prior Authorizations, Claims Assistance, and Appeals.

    + Deliver reimbursement support, account management, billing/coding updates, claims submissions, and assistance with co-pay/patient support programs.

    + Coordinate and document provider office visits, trainings, and interactions in the FRM CRM system.

    + Monitor territory performance, track program activities, and prepare reports for management and clients.

    + Build and maintain provider account databases, ensuring accurate reimbursement information and alignment with client expectations.

    Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    + Minimum of 8 years of healthcare-related reimbursement experience.

    + Strong knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance coverage, benefit structures, and prior authorization processes.

    + Experience with specialty pharmacy, Buy & Bill, or program-specific therapies (oncology, dermatology, etc.).

    + Proven ability to present to provider offices, build strong customer relationships, and manage multiple priorities.

    + Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint and web-based meeting tools.

    + Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to travel up to 80% within territory.

    + Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Remote with 80% travel)

    **Pay Details:** $60.10 per hour
