We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Summer 2026. As a Human Resources Intern, you'll impact the world around you by helping us solve real-life challenges while living out our values in interactions with our clients, communities, shareholders, and each other. Remaining true to those values, work-life balance, and flexibility is a key focus area for Jacobs. While this is a hybrid internship with no need to relocate, there will likely be in-person networking opportunities in the nearest office where you reside throughout your internship.

You’ll work with a knowledgeable and supportive team on our highest priorities, within HR and Jacobs overall, partnering on initiatives exposing you to a variety of HR functions throughout the organization. You’ll tap into both your creative and analytical sides in this role as you develop reports, presentations, and analyze data.

* Currently enrolled in a Master’s in Human Resources academic program, an MBA program with a concentration in HR, or a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

* This role is not eligible to candidates who require sponsorship.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

* 3.0 GPA or higher

* A previous internship related to your field of study

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* A sense of initiative and focus on results

* Proven experience dealing with ambiguity and problem solving

* An excellent ability to collaborate effectively

* Project management experience

* Collaborative work behaviors

* Ownership and accountability

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
