    Position Overview:

    We’re hiring Window Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team! You’ll drive your own vehicle to scheduled residential homes, clean windows (including screens and sills), and submit the job through our system. All cleaning tools and equipment are provided.

     

    This is a W-2 employee position. We provide full training—no prior experience needed.

    What You'll Do:

    Drive to residential job sites (routes provided)

     

    Clean windows, screens, frames, and sills with professional-grade equipment

     

    Ensure every job meets Royal Cleaners’ high quality standards

     

    Submit job completion and invoice through our mobile system

     

    Maintain a clean and professional image with clients

     

    Safely handle and store equipment in your vehicle

    Requirements:

    Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

     

    Clean, professional, and respectful demeanor

     

    Strong attention to detail and time management

     

    Comfortable working independently

     

    Must be reliable and punctual

     

    Smartphone required for job app

     

    Carrying equipment in your vehicle

    Pay & Benefits:
