    Description:

    The Group Leader, Maintenance supports the maintenance department objective by keeping production equipment operating efficiently; ensures maintenance and repair work is completed in a safe, effective and timely manner. Ensures that cGMP and SOP has been followed.

    Schedule:

    2nd Shift 3:30pm - 12:00am Monday to Friday

    Essential Functions:

    + Perform preventative maintenance of equipment in a timely manner. Coordinate with User department for scheduling preventative maintenance activity.

    + Troubleshoot equipment breakdown/assigned mechanics.

    + Lead maintenance mechanics for assigned work.

    + Maintain critical spares of equipment, tools, oil and grease; if required request for purchase.

    + Work on predictive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.

    + Follow SOPs and cGMP good documentation practices.

    + Follow and ensure safety rules.

    + Prioritizes day to day work based on requirements.

    + Assists with the planning and preparation of training and orientation for new maintenance team members.
