    Contract Administrator

    What we are looking for:

    We are currently seeking an energetic individual to manage all incoming and outgoing contracts and change orders, as well as certificates of insurance for Aldridge and our subcontractors. In this role you will create contracts and subcontracts, route for approval, distribute to subcontractors, and submit for full execution by executive leadership.

    What you’ll do:

    + Route all customer contracts and change orders for approval by Project Manager, Division Manager, and Executive Management.

    + Create and route all subcontracts to Project Manager, Division Manager, and Executive Management for approval and execution.

    + Secure certificate of insurance from insurance broker, as well as bond if required.

    + Keep records of all certifications from subcontracts and request certifications if missing.

    + Support the contract review and insurance requirements process.

    Who you are:

    + 3 – 5 years of administrative experience

    + Computer skills including Adobe, MS Word and Excel

    + Ability to communicate and work effectively with various personnel

    + Excellent prioritization and organizational skills

    + Solid analytical and interpersonal skills

    + Experience supporting contract review and insurance requirement process a plus

    + Previous experience in contract management, insurance programs, or paralegal a plus

    + Able to provide a high level of customer service with Aldridge management, clients, etc.

    What we offer:

    The annual base pay for this role is between $65,000 - $80,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus.
