LRS Consulting Services is seeking an Enterprise Content Management & Workflow Configuration Consultant for a 6 - 12 month contract opportunity with our client in Central Illinois!

Required Technical Skills – one or more of the following

+ Hyland OnBase:

+ Advanced configuration of OnBase solutions (Workflows, WorkView, Unity Forms, Application Enabler)

+ Familiarity with OnBase Studio, Configuration, and Diagnostics Console

+ Experience with OnBase API or integration with third-party system

+ Understanding of document imaging, retention, and indexing strategies

+ SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365):

+ Site and content configuration, custom lists/libraries, web partso Power Automate/Flow for automating business processes

+ SharePoint Permissions and governance models

+ Integration with Teams and other Microsoft 365 apps

+ Serena TeamTrack (now Micro Focus SBM):

+ Workflow and state transition configurationo Field and form customizationso Notification and reporting setup

+ Role-based access control configuration

+ Platform & Development Knowledge

+ Scripting (e.g., JavaScript, C#, VB.NET, or SQL) for process customization

+ Experience integrating ECM/workflow tools with enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, custom apps)

+ Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, or middleware platforms

+ Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of configurationsBusiness and Analytical Skills

+ Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations

+ Experience working with stakeholders to design workflow solutions and forms

+ Strong documentation and change management discipline

+ Understanding of compliance, audit, and records management requirements (especially in insurance or finance)

+ Strong collaboration skills across business and IT teams

+ Agile or iterative project methodology experience

+ Excellent communication, both written and verbal

+ Ability to manage multiple configuration projects or tickets concurrently

Preferred Qualifications

+ Hyland OnBase certifications (OCSA, OCWA, OCWV)

+ Microsoft 365/Power Platform certifications

Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

The base range for this contract position is $30 - $60 per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
