    Partner Marketing Manager - Americas & Strategic Partnerships

If so, come join the Pega Growth Marketing team! As the Partner Marketing Manager for Americas & Strategic Partnerships, you will be fully responsible for creating the Partner Marketing strategy for Pega’s Americas Region, the execution of this strategy and performance of the partner marketing initiatives for the region. You will also lead the partner marketing for one of our Global Strategic Partners, ensuring seamless collaboration between Pega and partner teams to maximize pipeline generation, campaign effectiveness and market penetration.

    What You'll Do at Pega:

    Strategic Partnership Marketing:

    + Execute against joint GTM strategies with the partner in line with the business plan and other Americas partners.

    + Work directly with the Global Partner Marketing team, Americas Marketing team and Global Partner Geo team to ensure alignment, consistency, and delivery of outcomes

    Marketing Asset Development & Management:

    + Design and implement joint marketing campaigns that align Pega's brand with the partners brand to build mindshare in key offerings

    + Collaborate with the partners’ marketing teams on co-authored technical blogs, thought leadership pieces, and website content, in addition to managing the partners presence on pega.com

    Event & Campaign Execution:

    + Plan and execute client events, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns that showcase the Pega and Partner expertise and solution value proposition in the Americas market

    Partner Relationship Management and Cross-Functional Coordination

    + Serve as the primary marketing lead for the strategic partner within Pega and within the partner. Work closely with partner’s marketing team to define, build, and track campaign performance and reporting across Pega and Partner platforms

    Performance Management and Reporting

    + Track and report against joint GTM scorecard KPIs including opportunity registration, campaign performance and demand generation leads

    Who You Are:

    Professional Experience:

    + 7+ years of partner marketing experience, preferably with hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) or large Global Systems Integrators (GSI)

    + Proven track record managing complex B2B marketing campaigns and co-sell programs

    + Experience with enterprise software sales cycles and technical solution marketing.

    + Background in multi-channel B2B marketing teams within enterprise software/SaaS environments

    + Proven ability to operate in a high growth environment, experienced at navigating and succeeding in a rapidly evolving business

    + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

    + Experience with low-code platforms, AI-powered solutions, or workflow automation technologies

    + Previous experience working with GSI partnerships or technology alliance programs

    + Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles and B2B customer journey mapping

    + Proven ability to develop joint value propositions and messaging

    + Excellent project management capabilities with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

    + Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and leverage data to drive strategy and decision-making

    + Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools

    + Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and time zones

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interactions

    + Exceptional interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels
