We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as School Aides , working closely with students who benefit from personalized instructional and behavioral support. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to be a daily source of encouragement, stability, and growth for students with special needs.

+ Work 1-on-1 with students to support their academic and behavioral goals.

+ Assist with personal care, mobility, and therapeutic activities as directed by licensed professionals.

+ Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive classroom experience.

+ Be a positive role model and advocate for students’ success and well-being.

? What You’ll Need:

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (as required)

+ Current Health Certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)

+ Ability to meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements

+ Commitment to professional standards and ethical practices
