    Description

    Our Catskill Center in our Northern Region (Greene County) has an opening for a full-time Office Manager, who provides administrative support to the Regional Director.

     

    This key customer service role is the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors at the Catskill Center. This person must have a firm understanding of services provided by the agency, and will ensure that all incoming calls and visitor's requests for information are directed to the appropriate person/department in a timely manner. This person supervises a team of administrative assistants which coordinate and track Regional paperwork and compliance support.

     

    SCHEDULE: 40/Monday through Friday/8:00 am to 4:00 pm

     

    STARTING SALARY: $ 15.50 to $ 18.06 per hour

    Minimum Requirements

    + Three years of clerical/reception experience

    + Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    + Knowledge of agency services and programs a plus

    + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    + Supervisory experience preferred
