We have an exciting leadership opportunity at The Arc Mid-Hudson for a Residential Program Manager, supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities, in our Northern Region.

This residence is located in the quiet town of Valatie, located approximately 30 minutes outside of Catskill; 20 minutes from Hudson.

Fordham Road is the home to five very active people whose desire is to live more independent lives. We are seeking employees who are patient and compassionate, and also bring enthusiasm to their job!

Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This motivated leader will possess an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, a Bachelors degree is highly desired, and will have strong organizational skills and leadership experience. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. An acceptable NYS driver's license is required.

The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

SCHEDULE: 40/Tuesday through Saturday - 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, must be flexible based on needs of program

STARTING SALARY: $ 60,405.80 per year

Minimum Requirements

+ Associates degree; Bachelors degree highly desired

+ Supervisory experience

+ NYS Driver's License

+ Experience supporting people with disabilities preferred
