Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.

+ Ability to read, understand, and interpret program, department, school, and university requirements

+ Ability to prepare clear, concise, grammatically correct correspondence in a timely manner

+ Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite

+ Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently

+ Ability to understand and complete verbal and written instructions with attention to detail.

+ Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive records and files.

+ Ability to work under pressure in an office setting and complete work within established deadlines.

+ Ability to work individually and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree.

+ Experience working in a remote position

+ Experience working in a higher education environment

+ Experience working with Banner SIS and/or Slate CRM or comparable systems

+ Experience working in a graduate college admissions office and knowledge of policies and procedures

+ Experience with report writing and analyzing data

Job Description

Responsible for processing admission applications for graduate students including calcuating GPA’s and updating student admissions records.

Job Duties

Review graduate admission applications, calculate GPAs, appropriately update student admission records and track application files (may include international applications). Prepare and send miscellaneous admission correspondence. Provide information to applicants, students, faculty, and staff; performance other duties as required.
