**UW Medical Center-Northwest)** has outstanding opportunities for **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Patient Care Technician (PCT)** positions.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Direct and indirect care to patients and their families under the general supervision of the Registered Nurse

+ Assist patients with activities of daily living: bathing, showering, dressing, getting in and out of bed or a chair, walking, using the toilet, and eating

+ Maintain a safe environment of care

+ Patient transportation

+ Prepare patients for surgery

+ Perform non-invasive lab procedures

+ Transport equipment and supplies

+ Assist with treatments

+ Perform various clerical tasks

+ Take vital signs

REQUIREMENTS

+ Current, valid Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) with WA State (please indicate your NA-C credential number on your resume)

+ High School graduation and six months experience involving direct patient care or customer service in a health care setting; OR equivalent education/experience.

+ Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider CPR card by start date

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum:

$26.08 hourly

Pay Range Maximum:

$37.91 hourly

Other Compensation:

$5,000 Sign on Bonus - 50%-100% FTE

Evening shift differential - $1.50 per hour

Night shift differential - $2.25 per hour

Weekend differential - $1.50 per hour
