    **Pay Range:** Starting at $30.00 per hour

    What You’ll Do

    As an Aluminum Fitter, you’ll play a key role in fabricating structural components for critical maritime projects. You’ll be expected to work with precision, follow detailed blueprints, and collaborate with a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Pass required 3G and 4G aluminum weld tests (AWS D1.2 on 3/8” plate)

    + Interpret technical drawings to layout and fabricate aluminum structures

    + Operate machinery including presses and forming equipment

    + Perform tack welding and fitting with minimal supervision

    + Follow industry-standard safety and quality protocols

    Qualifications

    + 1 or more years of hands-on aluminum welding or fabrication experience

    + Proficiency in blueprint reading and layout work

    + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts if needed

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 to $34.30 per hour
