    We here at PDS Tech are seeking an experienced **Maintenance Technician** to join our team. This position ensures the reliability of manufacturing equipment and facilities through advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and support of new equipment installations. The ideal candidate is skilled in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

     

    + **Shift** : 1st shift: 8a - 5p

    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform **preventive & predictive maintenance** (hydraulic presses, chillers, compressors, filtration units).

    + **Troubleshoo** t PLC-controlled equipment (Allen Bradley & Siemens preferred), drives, sensors, and pneumatics.

    + **Repair and adjus** t conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and precision tooling.

    + Support **installation** and commissioning of new equipment.

    + **Maintain** utilities (HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, RO/DI systems).

    + **Document** work in CMMS and update schematics/technical manuals.

    Qualifications:

    + 2-3+ years industrial maintenance experience (mechanical/electrical/automation).

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical certification preferred).

    + Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

    + Certifications in PLC programming, HVAC, or electrical systems a plus.

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
